What’s the weirdest thing you would dial 9-1-1 for? Well, for Nashvillians, the possibilities seemed endless.

The sand in the sand volleyball courts is too hot. | There’s a squirrel throwing nuts in my lawn. | My dog won’t stop barking at a turtle in my front yard.

Yes, those were real complaints and yes, the local Emergency Call Dispatch team was tired of getting them. So, the mission: free up their phone lines for real emergencies by making residents aware of hubNashville – an easy-to-use app that gets not-so-urgent issues to the right people to fix them – and “Hub It!” was the memorable hook to make it happen. Because when you Hub It, we handle it.

English and Spanish billboards throughout the city introduced hubNashville by incorporating the logo right into the situations it was created to solve.

hubNashville even hit the airwaves with a couple spots featuring “hubbable” scenarios that local listeners more than likely had come across themselves a time or two. These were also translated into Spanish.
